Airport and Transport FAQs

  • Cost may vary based on the number of pets, length of time being cared for, where pick-up and/or tender is at either cargo, curbside, in terminal, at hotel, etc. Type of care including but not limited to special diets, administration of medicine, quarantine, etc.

  • Our transport service is available 24 hours. We use climate-controlled vans to go to cargo, curbside, terminal, or other destination of pet(s).

    We pick up the pet(s) and drive them to our climate-controlled facility, we clean the crates or run spaces if there are any accidents (use fresh puppy pads), exercise the pet(s) in a non-social play area with no other animals.

    Then we put them into either a kennel run (8 foot by 5 feet wide) or a kennel crate cage (3 foot by 3 foot) and provide them with water and bedding. (The shipper provides the food)

    We layover and overnight the pet(s) and tender them back to cargo or other destination at least three hours prior to the flight.

  • Yes, we have a quarantine facility area separate from our main building to care for a puppy(s). We keep them isolated in the quarantine area and provide the same loving care as we do for all our other guests. Our staff loves to see a puppy(s) come visit us.

  • We are located approximately 15-20 minutes from Sea-Tac Airport. Our facility was built in 2018 and is climate controlled, has Forever Lawn K9 Grass throughout the outside play areas.

  • We work for all the major airlines including but not limited to Alaska Airlines, Delta Airlines, American Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, ANA Airlines, Military Rotator, etc.

  • Yes, we offer a 10% discount to active military personnel.

  • Yes we do offer transport services for clients and their pet(s) who use our daycare, boarding, and grooming services.   • For clients that use our facility for daycare, boarding, and grooming services, our transport radius is 25 miles to pick-up or tender a pet(s).
